Coaches are among the most important part of BAHA, and without them leading the teams, developing players individually and shaping the culture wouldn't be possible.  

To review the coaching assignment process, for the travel teams (10U, 12U & 14U) head coaches & assistant coaches are assigned after try outs.  The rosters and interested coaches are reviewed so we can best pair coaches with teams. For House teams (Initiation, House Mites, Youth 8U) we will look at registration and obviously pair parents with their kids. We will review all coaches interested in leading teams and do our best to pick the best fit for head coach. Help is always needed with the house teams, it usually takes a number of assistant coaches to make the season run smoothly! 

Please note that ALL coaches and On-Ice Volunteers MUST complete steps 1-5 BEFORE stepping on the ice or bench:
